Built from years of fixing the same kinds of operational problems
PipeCraft comes from nearly two decades of work across websites, CRM, membership systems, event registration, automation, and business operations. A recurring pattern kept showing up: the individual systems often worked well enough on their own, but the workflows between them created duplicate work, inconsistent data, reporting problems, and avoidable friction for staff and members. PipeCraft focuses on fixing those problems for associations and member organizations that rely on multiple systems to run membership, events, communications, and finance.
