What I keep, and what I don't

PipeCraft is a one-person practice. I collect only the information I need to respond to enquiries, schedule calls, understand how the site is being used, and operate the business.

I do not sell your personal information or use it for ad retargeting.

Who this policy covers

This policy explains how PipeCraft Systems (“PipeCraft,” “I,” or “me”) handles information collected through pipecraft.io, including enquiry forms, scheduling, email, and related website activity.

If you become a client, information handled as part of that work may also be governed by the terms of our agreement.

What I collect

Depending on how you interact with PipeCraft, I may collect:

Information you provide. When you submit an enquiry, I collect information such as your name, work email, organization, job title, staff size, the problem you are trying to solve, and anything else you include in your message.

Scheduling information. If you book a call, I collect the contact information, meeting time, timezone, and other details needed to schedule and manage the appointment.

Email communications. If you email me, I receive the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send.

Website activity. The site and its service providers may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, and similar technical data.

Technical information. Hosting and security systems may record information such as IP addresses, user agents, requested URLs, and timestamps. This information is used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and reliable operation of the site.

Some forms may also include technical fields used to understand where an enquiry originated or to prevent automated spam.

How I use your information

I use this information to:

• Respond to enquiries and determine whether PipeCraft is a good fit.

• Schedule and manage calls.

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients.

• Maintain appropriate CRM records and follow up on conversations.

• Understand how people find and use the website.

• Improve the site's performance and reliability.

• Protect the site from spam, abuse, and security threats.

• Operate and administer client engagements when we work together.

I do not use the information collected through this site to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

PipeCraft uses a limited number of third-party services to operate the website and manage enquiries. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their role.

Cloudflare provides website hosting, content delivery, DNS, security, and related infrastructure.

Resend delivers email notifications generated by website enquiries.

Cal.com provides scheduling and booking functionality.

HubSpot may be used to manage contacts, enquiries, website activity, and follow-up communications.

Google Analytics may be used to understand website traffic and performance.

Google Fonts provides typefaces used by the website and may receive standard request information when your browser loads those files.

Automation services such as Make, Zapier, or n8n may be used to securely pass enquiry information between PipeCraft's business systems when those integrations are enabled.

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. PipeCraft does not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

PipeCraft does not use cookies for ad retargeting.

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for security, site functionality, analytics, and CRM activity. For example, Cloudflare may use technologies necessary to protect and operate the site, while Google Analytics or HubSpot may use cookies when those services are enabled.

How long I keep information

I keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Enquiry, email, CRM, and booking records may be retained while we are communicating and, if you become a client, for as long as necessary to manage the engagement and meet reasonable business, legal, accounting, or recordkeeping requirements.

Website analytics, hosting logs, and information processed by third-party services are retained according to the settings and retention practices of those services.

Your choices

You can ask me to delete personal information associated with an enquiry or conversation by emailing privacy@pipecraft.io.

I will remove information from systems I control where reasonably possible and request deletion from service providers where that option is available.

If we are working together, I may need to retain certain records when required by our agreement, legitimate business recordkeeping requirements, or applicable law.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as PipeCraft's website, services, or technology changes. When I make a material change, I will update this page and the date below.
