Privacy

What I keep, and what I don't.

This is a one-person practice. There is no marketing list and no ad retargeting.

If you send an enquiry

I use your name, email, organization, and whatever you write to reply and to book a call. That message is emailed to me and, if a form worker is configured, stored only long enough to deliver it. I do not sell it, share it, or add it to a newsletter.

Analytics

If analytics are on, they are Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization and ad personalization off. I use them to see which pages people reach from outreach, not to build a profile of you.

Cookies

The site itself does not set marketing cookies. If analytics are on, Google may set its own. There is no cookie banner because there is no non-essential cookie I control.

Ask me to delete it

Email stan@pipecraft.io and I will delete the enquiry and any notes attached to it. If we are mid-engagement, I will keep what the contract requires and nothing else.
